Tracy A. Scott is a native resident of Hernando, MS. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashford University. Tracy furthered his studies in psychology at The University of Denver in Denver, Colorado and Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Nursing from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee and his Post Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia. He has furthered his education and earned certifications in Addiction Medicine and Men’s Health. He and his wife Jennifer have 3 sons, Brandon, Benjamin and Lucas. When Tracy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his sons hunting and fishing.
Tina F. Woodson, APRN
Tina F. Woodson is a native of Hernando, MS and we are glad to have her back in Mississippi.
Rachel Valentine, Office Manager
Rachel has been with us from the very beginning. She handles everything behind the scenes and keeps everything running. From medical records, insurance claims and accounting to scheduling, ordering and filling in for everyone here, she does it all.
Devora Tuggles, Nurse
Devora is the first person you see when you enter the back of the clinic. She triages patients, draws labs, makes referrals, and assists the providers with all procedures and medication management.
Jennifer Wilson, Front Desk
Jennifer, otherwise know as "Wilson", welcomes patients when they enter the clinic. She checks patients in and out, schedules appointments, answers the phone, triages patients and scans the multitude of documents into our patients charts daily.

Jennifer also greets patients as they arrive and checks patients in and out, as well as schedules appointments. She answers the phone and works diligently to get approval for Prior Authorizations that your insurance company requires to fill certain medications.
