Tracy A. Scott is a native resident of Hernando, MS. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashford University. Tracy furthered his studies in psychology at The University of Denver in Denver, Colorado and Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Nursing from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee and his Post Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia. He has furthered his education and earned certifications in Addiction Medicine and Men’s Health. He is proud to serve both the Marshall and Lafayette County areas with his Clinics: Heartland Family Medical Byhalia and Oxford Family Clinic. He and his wife Jennifer have 3 sons, Brandon, Benjamin and Lucas. When Tracy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his sons hunting and fishing.
Linda Troy, A native of Clarksdale, MS, has been proud to call oxford her home for the past 24 years. She began her medical career working as a Phlebotomist in the lab of her hometown hospital. Linda graduated from Phillips County Community College in West Helena, AR with an Associates Degree in Nursing in 1986. Linda went on to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA in 1996. Two years later, Linda and her two children decided to settle in Oxford, MS. While working as an RN, Linda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2002, and her Master of Science in Nursing Degree in 2004 at Mississippi University for Women. In 2012, Linda obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. Linda has extensive experience working in many areas of nursing including home health, hospice, and emergency and urgent care. She has spent the past 18 years serving as a Primary Care Provider in Panola County, and now Lafayette County, MS.
